Hopefully, if I really have my act together as much as I think I do, you'll be able to check catering/restaurant and shift schedules here at least a few weeks in advance. We do get the occasional last minute event, so if I leave you a voice mail and we can't connect, you can check her to see if you are on the schedule. Nothing is written in stone though, so if you need to not work something, let me know with as much advance warning as you can.
